If you are using SFTP you will have to specify both your SFTP IP address and port within the Site Manager. Click on the Quickconnect button to do so.

You can connect with Filezilla once you have entered the address and the port. Select the files to be transferred and drag them to the ftp site in the left-hand pane of Site Manager.

You can manually download or upload any file in the left-hand pane. This is a great option for one file or multiple files.

It's simple and easy to understand. The security is excellent.

How to use Filezilla with Sftp

Once you have the private key from CompleteFTP, you need to load it into Filezilla so that it can verify your identity when you connect. To accomplish this, follow the instructions above in the section called Setting up your user's Keys.

Filezilla will then create a website for you. You can do this by selecting SFTP - SSH file transfer protocol and the Logon Type, as described above. You can connect to the Academic Web Hosting server once you have created your site.
